Reminder for Schools & MATs
By 31 December 2026, every school must publish an Inclusion Strategy on its website—a new statutory requirement that Ofsted will scrutinise as part of the inspection framework. To help you prepare, we have developed a free Inclusion Strategy Readiness Checklist, guiding you through the DfE’s recommended steps: from identifying barriers to learning and using evidence, to developing, delivering, and monitoring your strategy. Download the checklist for free and start your preparation today. If you would like to discuss your inclusion plan, or require guidance or support in developing your strategy, please contact us for a no-obligation conversation.
A Strategic Partner for School Leaders
With extensive SEN leadership experience—including Executive Head of four specialist SEN schools and Head of Service overseeing seven residential care homes—we understand the pressures you face. We have been in your position: managing limited resources, supporting complex needs, and preparing for inspection.
The educational landscape is shifting. The Schools White Paper sets out significant changes to SEND provision, with mainstream schools expected to integrate more specialist support and reserve places in specialist settings for those in most need. Ofsted’s renewed Inspection Framework places inclusion at the centre of every judgement. At the same time, need is rising, and SEND reforms mean more children with a wider range of needs will be educated in mainstream classrooms.
We don’t just advise on best practice. We have lived it. And we are here to help you navigate this change with confidence.
